Greetings from Seatle - WA - USA

Seattle is another of those American cities like New York or San Francisco that we feel we know thanks to the constant appearances and references in movies and TV series (I'm a huge fan of Frasier sitcom). This beautiful touristic postcard uses the cityscape (with the famous Space Needle) in a stained glass pattern - I saw it on a card gallery and asked a Seattle postcrosser to send me one and she manage to find it on a small store downtown. Thank you so much Beckie for taking the time and look for this specific card for me. This postcard took 10 days to arrive!

Greetings from Seattle, Washington - USA

Seattle is a coastal seaport city and the seat of King County, in the U.S. state of Washington. With an estimated 652,405 residents as of 2013, Seattle is the largest city in the Pacific Northwest region of North America and the fastest-growing major city in the United States. The Seattle area had been inhabited by Native Americans for at least 4,000 years before the first permanent European settlers.I was named "Seattle" in 1853, after Chief Si'ahl of the local Duwamish and Suquamish tribes.
