Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan - RUSSIA

This card came from the deepness of the heart of Russia, more precisely from the Republic of Tatarstan (the sender is proud t state that she is from Tatarstan - since 2008 that they are struggling for independence in international institutions like the UN). It's not my first card from there (I have a couple from the capital Kazan) but it's the first showing Naberezhnye Chelny, a major industrial center (where, for example, the Kamaz trucks are made). Thank you very much Lena for the card and the awesome stamps you used (hope you don't mind that I've labeled your card under Russia, but this is not a political blog, and I follow international mail jurisdictions - ISO 3166). This postcard took 14 days to arrive!
Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan - RUSSIA
The Republic of Tatarstan is a federal subject of Russia (a republic) located in the Volga Federal District. Its capital is the city of Kazan, which is one of Russia's largest and most prosperous cities. The republic borders with Kirov, Ulyanovsk, Samara, and Orenburg Oblasts, and with the Mari El, Udmurt, and Chuvash Republics, as well as with the Republic of Bashkortostan. The unofficial Tatarstan motto is: Bez Buldırabız! (We can!).
