Holašovice - CZECH REPUBLIC - UNESCO #861

Not far from Český Krumlov, the Holašovice historical village is, according to Ondřej, not exactly a living museum but almost, because all the constructions were built in a Folk Baroque style and are very well preserved. I'm sure it must be a very interesting place to visit. This postcard took 5 days to arrive!
UNESCO #861 - Holašovice Historical Village - CZECH REPUBLIC
Holašovice is an exceptionally complete and well-preserved example of a traditional central European village. It has a large number of outstanding 18th and 19th-century vernacular buildings in a style known as 'South Bohemian folk Baroque', and preserves a ground plan dating from the Middle Ages.
