Grapes from Alto Douro Wine Region - PORTUGAL - UNESCO #1046

This card shows the treasure that grows on the banks of the Douro river - the grapes for producing Porto wine, delicious to eat and marvelous to drink specially if they came from a vintage production year. The Douro was the first world region with controlled name of origin production (since 1756). Thanks a lot Sofia for this card. This postcard took 6 days to arrive!
