Puerto-Princesa Subterranean River - PHILIPPINES - UNESCO #652

This the other card that Jan sent me from the Philippines... thank you very much, I'm really looking forward to visit your country, now that I searched some more about it (well, but first I must win the lottery, otherwise it's just a crazy dream!). Ok, with this one I've got 28 UNESCO sites, 934 to finish my collection. This postcard took 21 days to arrive!
UNESCO #652 - Puerto-Princesa Subterranean River - PHILIPPINES

This park features a spectacular limestone karst landscape with an underground river. One of the river's distinguishing features is that it emerges directly into the sea, and its lower portion is subject to tidal influences. The area also represents a significant habitat for biodiversity conservation. The site contains a full 'mountain-to-sea' ecosystem and has some of the most important forests in Asia.
